CLOTHING RETURNS POLICY

Clothing:

Purchased IN STORE: Garments must be returned to original place of purchase.  Please note that individual stockists have different returns policies and we recommend you check with the place of purchase for your options.

Purchased ONLINE:   For orders placed through our online store, we will happily EXCHANGE within 30 days of purchase date or issue customer with a CREDIT that can be redeemed through our online store at a later date.  We generally do not REFUND unless the product is faulty. Proof of purchase must be provided and item must have all original tags attached and be unworn. 

Faulty merchandise purchased online: May be returned for a refund or exchange upon presentation of original proof of purchase within 3 months from date of original purchase.

SanCerre does not cover delivery/freight costs for change of mind. This expense is the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that SanCerre is not responsible for returns lost in transit.  We recommend using registered post or any other track-able method. When returning garments please include a brief note with details of return and a phone number for us to reach you on.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect garment, SanCerre will cover the freight costs associated with return and replacement.  Should this occur please contact SanCerre to arrange return of items - 03 8060 2483.

Please note we do not take responsibility for damage or breakage caused by poor treatment of product or owner neglect.
