Delivery

Most of our products are handmade for you when you place your order. We aim to produce and dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt and take every step to ensure we are speedy!
Should we foresee a delay we will contact you to let you know.

Our delivery charges are as follows:

CURRENT PROMOTION: FREE DELIVERY WORLDWIDE ON ALL ORDERS OVER $60

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERIES: $9.00 (Express Post – allow 3-5 working days for delivery)

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES: $12.50 (International Post – generally arrives within 7-10 working days) but we say 10 – 15 working days to be safe!

On the rare occasions delays may occur with international orders clearing customs.  Our delivery charge does not include any customs duties or other taxes that may apply to the order within the country it is being shipped to.  These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Please also be mindful that legally we are required to stipulate the value of the merchandise being posted when sending your product.   We recommend that if you have any further enquiries you contact your local customs office.
